Current show status: Unfortunately, Starz has officially canceled the series. There are no plans for the third season of Shining Vale.
A family uproots their city life to settle in a tiny town, unknowingly moving into a house where unspeakable horrors have occurred. The locals don’t seem to bat an eye. It’s only Patricia “Pat” Phelps who senses something seriously off, grappling with feelings that suggest she’s either battling depression or possession, and alarmingly, they feel much the same.
It’s spooky yet funny. Pat’s journey blurs the lines between the supernatural and her mental health. Featuring performances by Courtenay Cox, Greg Kinnear, and Gus Birney, this comedy, fantasy, and horror blend invites viewers into a bizarre world where not everything is as it seems.
