Fallout Series Release Date: Amazon to Drop Full Season Early for Binge Watching

The nuclear apocalypse is kicking off sooner than we thought. Prime Video’s Fallout is set to premiere this Wednesday, April 10, at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT. All eight episodes will drop at once, a pleasant surprise for fans. The original plan was to launch the show on Thursday.

An ad during the NCAA men’s college basketball championship game spilled the beans. Also, Walton Goggins, aka The Ghoul, dropped a hint on social media. He’s pretty stoked for us to see it early.

Developed by the brains behind Westworld, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy have teamed up with Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner. Fallout draws inspiration from the iconic video game series first introduced in 1997. It’s a wild ride, set two centuries after a nuclear apocalypse. Survivors leave their shelters to find a world that’s weird, violent, and complex.

Ella Purnell stars as Lucy, a survivor with a mission to save her dad. Her journey tests her peaceful nature. Aaron Moten steps into the boots of Maximus, a young soldier climbing the ranks in the Brotherhood of Steel. And Goggins? He’s The Ghoul, a bounty hunter with a murky moral compass and two centuries of post-apocalyptic wisdom.
