Erin and Aaron Nickelodeon Show Cancelled, No Season 2

Erin & Aaron, a Nickelodeon musical comedy, won’t see a second season. That’s the latest from a network spokesperson.

The show, which debuted in April 2023, followed two teens thrown together by their parents’ marriage. It lasted just 12 episodes, with viewership barely hitting 100,000 a week.

Ava Ro from Dino Ranch and Jensen Gering led the cast. Larisa Oleynik, known for roles in Pretty Little Liars and The Secret World of Alex Mack, played Aaron’s mom.

Switching gears, Netflix is rolling out a thriller called Eric. It stars Benedict Cumberbatch and launches all six episodes on May 30. The setting? New York in the 1980s, focusing on a father’s frantic search for his missing son.

In other news, HBO‘s gearing up for The Jinx – Part Two. This six-part continuation dives deeper into Robert Durst’s story, promising new interviews and unseen materials. Mark your calendars for April 21.

NBC News has brought on Ronna McDaniel, former Republican National Committee chair, as an on-air contributor. She’s set to debut on Meet the Press this Sunday and will contribute across NBC platforms.

Peacock’s adding some horror comedy to its lineup with Lisa Frankenstein. Starring Kathryn Newton and Cole Sprouse, it streams March 29. Also, Night Swim, featuring Wyatt Russell, drops April 5. It’s about an ex-MLB player facing a sinister force in his pool.

Netflix’s Black Doves is expanding its cast. Adeel Akhtar, Tracey Ullman, Finn Bennett, and Luther Ford are joining. The series, starring Keira Knightley, follows a housewife turned spy unraveling her lover’s murder.

Lastly, don’t miss Eclipse Across America. This two-hour special, hosted by David Muir and Linsey Davis, airs April 8. It’s a multi-platform event, spanning ABC, National Geographic Channel, and more.
