Have just rewatched Hinterland. I am in Cali and hoping that there we a 4th Season. I know it had basically ended with 3 for the main storyline but there are always cracks that can be expanded and new non-main episodes. Great Series!

A fantastic crime drama. Can’t wait for season 4 to start. However, try to film season 4 when the sun is actually shinning, the grass is green, and there are leaves on the trees. Its too dark and gothic.

The hinterland itself is a character. The stark and lonely beauty of the landscape mirrors the soulfulness of its people. And set against so many of those cluttered and shabby sheds and outbuildings it’s so rich in its authenticity. More, please. Have loved Harrington since Larkrise to Candleford!

We LOVE Hinterland! One of the best British shows. Great writing, acting, direction. The scenery is so beautiful! I really don’t think writers get the recognition they deserve. This has to be one of the best detective shows ever made! Great characters, great scenery and sets and marvelous actors. The story line was outstanding! I pray that there is a continuation of the show. Season 4,5,6…….
Such a brilliant series. The acting was spot on, as it drew me into the plot, something very few programmes have done to me. The beautiful locations used in the series only added to the drama. I visited Aberystwyth and trawled around the filming locations, some were surprising. Devil’s Bridge was not a disappointment the waterfall was very powerful and beautiful. Can’t wait for series 4.
