The series stars Jim Caviezel, Kevin Chapman, Michael Emerson and Amy Acker. Person of Interest first aired on CBS on September 22, 2011. So far, there have been five seasons. The series currently has a 8.4 out of 10 IMDb rating based on 160,660 user votes.

Unfortunately, CBS has officially cancelled / ended the series. There are no plans for season 6.

Series plot

An ex-CIA agent and a wealthy programmer save lives via a surveillance AI that sends them the identities of civilians involved in impending crimes. However, the details of the crimes–including the civilians’ roles–are left a mystery.
