American actor and comedian Paul Reubens’ character “Floor” from the popular children’s television series Pee-wee’s Playhouse has passed away. Actress Natasha Lyonne took to Twitter to share the saddening news, sparking an outpouring of support and reminiscence from fans and co-stars alike.

Lyonne, who featured alongside Reubens in the 2019 Broadway show “Richard III,” revealed the loss of the unique character who was a regular on Pee-wee’s Playhouse. “Floor,” portrayed by Reubens in an elaborate costume, was part of the imaginative and surreal series which became a massive hit in the late 1980s.
