Nine Perfect Strangers Season 2 Spring Premiere: Cast, New Setting Details

Hulu has officially set a spring premiere date for the second season of Nine Perfect Strangers.

The Nicole Kidman-led anthology series will return to screens on Friday, April 12, with the first two episodes dropping simultaneously. Subsequent episodes will release weekly.

Season 2 shifts the setting from the California wellness retreat of Tranquillum House to a luxury resort in the Swiss Alps. The new location promises a transformative 10-day experience where nine stressed individuals seek healing and rejuvenation.

Kidman returns as Masha Dmitrichenko, the enigmatic wellness guru who leads the retreat. She’ll be joined by an entirely new ensemble cast featuring Murray Bartlett (The White Lotus), Dolly De Leon (Triangle of Sadness), Maisie Richardson-Sellers (The Originals), and King Princess in her acting debut.

Additional cast members include Aras Aydin (Ariza), Enzo Cilenti (Free Fire), Lena Farugia (Recipes for Love and Murder), Henry Lloyd-Hughes (The Inbetweeners), and Mark Tonderai (Doctor Who).

The series is based on Liane Moriarty’s bestselling novel of the same name. David E. Kelley returns as showrunner and executive producer alongside Kidman, Per Saari, Jodi Matterson, Bruna Papandrea, Steve Hutensky, and Molly Allen.

Nine Perfect Strangers originally debuted in August 2021 as Hulu‘s most-watched original series premiere at that time. The first season followed nine city dwellers who gathered at a wellness retreat led by the mysterious Masha, whose unconventional methods pushed them to confront their deepest traumas.
