Law and Order: Organized Crime – Stabler Brothers Join Season 4 Cast

– Dylan and Ronin McDermott to join Law & Order: Organized Crime
– Chris Meloni talks about recent developments on the series
– Collaboration between father and son duo in the crime drama

Stabler family drama is set to intensify in the fourth season of “Law & Order: Organized Crime” as Dylan and Ronin McDermott are joining the cast. Chris Meloni, who portrays Detective Elliot Stabler, recently confirmed this development with Deadline.

This will be the first time the father-and-son duo of Dylan and Ronin McDermott work together, as they join the crime drama. Both bring a wide range of acting experiences to the show, with elder McDermott having an extensive film and television career, while his son, Ronin, is a talented up-and-comer.

It is not yet clear what role they will play in the series, but Meloni acknowledged in his interview that their addition would bring some new twists to Stabler’s story, especially considering his family’s connection to crime. He expressed excitement about the McDermotts being on board and called it a “cool collaboration.”

Additionally, Meloni discussed the recent cancellation of the series’ creator, Dick Wolf’s, hit show, “Law & Order: For the Defense.” He admitted he wasn’t aware of the development until someone informed him.

“Man, I don’t know. Dick Wolf really circles his wagons. He really protects his brand. I hadn’t read a script, and I hadn’t communicated with anyone about it, but I don’t know, man. But maybe it really…” In a more lighthearted tone, he added, “You know what? Maybe it was a massive shock to them that I left, and they’re flummoxed!”

With such unanticipated surprises and new additions, fans of “Law & Order: Organized Crime” can look forward to a thrilling fourth season.
