Bishop favored Matt Czuchry’s character, the charming Yale student Logan, because “there is something about his acting that I particularly liked in working with him… He had a very manly quality, where the other guys were like boys. Great boys! But Logan was like an old movie star, like a man.”
Fans will remember that Rory, played by Alexis Bledel, had three main love interests: Dean (Jared Padalecki), Jess (Milo Ventimiglia), and Logan. Though Logan proposed to Rory at the end of the series and she turned him down for a job as a reporter, they reconnected in Netflix’s revival Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life. Their relationship continued despite both being involved with others. Later on, Rory revealed she was pregnant but didn’t confirm who the father was.
