John Aprea, Full House and Another World Actor, Dies at 83

John Aprea, who was known for his roles on TV shows like Full House and Another World, has passed away at the age of 83.

His manager shared the sad news with TMZ on Sunday, confirming that he died on August 7 at his home in Los Angeles. The reason for his death wasn’t revealed.

Aprea had a memorable run on Another World from 1989 to 1998, where he played both Lucas Castigliano and Alexander Nikos.

Throughout his long career, Aprea was also seen as Manny Vasquez in Knots Landing, Sheriff Jack North in Falcon Crest, and Dr. Bryce in Days of Our Lives.

We will miss seeing him as John Stamos’ dad in Full House, a role he reprised for Fuller House in 2017.

Fans loved his guest appearances on shows like Pacific Blue, The Sopranos, Melrose Place, Lie to Me, and CSI.

On the big screen, he left a mark with his role as young Salvatore Tessio in The Godfather Part II. His film career also included roles in Bullitt, New Jack City, The Manchurian Candidate, among others.
