Actress Jodie Sweetin will be starring in the upcoming drama series “The Great American Family Controversy.” Based on a true story, the series will focus on family secrets and betrayal while following the journey of Sweetin’s character, who purchases a DNA kit that unveils unexpected results.
Apart from the drama series, Sweetin is also adding another project to her plate. She will executive produce and star in the rom-com film, “Craft Me a Romance.” The film revolves around Casey Bradford (played by Sweetin), who finds out her father’s woodworking business and only inheritance after his death, is being turned into a craft beer brewery. Casey decides to save her father’s legacy by engaging in a house decorating competition that will help her win the money she needs. But as she gets closer to the grand prize, she might find love in a mysterious carpenter who helps her with the project.
Both of Sweetin’s upcoming projects are slated for release in 2023. The actress, best known for her role as Stephanie Tanner in “Full House” and “Fuller House,” is adding more diverse roles to her résumé and continuing to impress audiences with her talent.
